    19th it was with the production company apparently. Now it's the 28th.
    No refund. No replacement.

    #1 shittiest company.
    Piss poor quality.
    "Customer satisfaction guaranteed" my arsehole.

    On the 16th October I made my initial complaint.
    On the 19th and 28th I chased it up again. You made mention it was sent for re-printing, and on the phone said it would take a week, so 12 days later on the phone, you have said it was not yet to print, and would refund me- only after I asked for a refund as no one in your office could tell me when my reprint would show up.

    Your biggest gripe was that I used swear words, hurty worries, when not once could you accept fault- 1. That a piss poor quality print was even sent out, 2. That no one answers questions on FB ads, 3. That no one could update my file to inform me 1; that a replacement was being sent out and 2; how long it would take to receive.
    When you said it would be sent out in a week, you could not explain why then nothing has arrived.
    You never gave me the option at any point to pick 1; refund, 2; replacement or 3; credit for a future purchase, or in some cases a reprint sent and a refund- that's what customer satisfaction would be.

    Replying in a timely manner.
    Offering choices.
    Giving more than necessary, as this can bring back return business.

    Instead you got butt hurt from being a company who could not look after their customers at each step of the way.

    Goodness, I have found your website far harder to use than it used to be!  I had asked about text and borders, but, have found out how to do that now... however, is there a way to automatically add the border to all photos or do they all need to be done individually?  Thanks, Robyn
